We have been making and cooking pizza since 1991 and our pizzas have traveled far; in fact, if you enjoy traveling, but miss pizza (the real thing), you can find a slice of Italy in 56 countries around the world!

SO WHAT’S OUR SECRET SAUCE

We aim to give you a tasty experience. It has become our obsession. We discuss, gesticulate, and argue about how we can improve our pizza and deliver the best Italian experience, straight from the oven. But there are some things we always agree on: our pizzas are naturally leavened for at least 24 hours, rolled out by hand, and cooked on stone in a real wood-fired oven.
