The secret of the unmistakable flavor is in the ingredients used to make it. The dough, thick and soft, is enriched with wholegrain spelt. The rustic tomato puree comes from 100% Italian locally grown and harvested tomatoes to retain all the flavor of authentic homemade sauce.
