Packaged when fresh with the use of a protective atmosphere, the pizzas maintain the fragrance of just having been taken out of the oven, naturally preserving the taste and aroma for 21 days.
75% of Italpizza production consists of frozen pizzas. The most up to date technology lowers the temperature to -40° C immediately after cooking in order to reach the optimum temperature of -18°C. Thanks to this process, the healthiness of the product is guaranteed and maintained for the entire shelf life of the product ( 12 months).
Without the use of a modified protective atmosphere, the fresh pizzas maintain the taste of having just been removed from the oven, and can be kept refrigerated for up to 8/10 days.
